Today I decided to share one of my fav breakfasts of all the time. I'm sure it's also the most-seen thing on my snapchat, haha! (Btw you can add me: baehkel). It's the basic protein pancakes recpie, I love to use the FAST Protein Pancake Mix with Toffee/Banana flavor. You can find it from Myfitness gyms or online from Fitshop.

At first you need to smash half (or full) banana in a bowl, then add egg and mix well. So if you are using the small package of the mix, you can put the whole pack in there, I usually put around 50g of the mix. Add as much milk as you would like to and mix again. Then just leave it there around 5 to 10 minutes. Cook on low heat. It's best for this type of pancakes, because the mixture is more liquidy and you don't wanna burn your cakes. I usually heat it up to 12 and then put the mix on the pan and right after I change it back to 3-5 and let them cook:) 

If your cakes are ready, feel free to add some more banana, berries (I  l o v e  black curratns-banana-strawberries combination). You can also add some honey or what ever you want! 

Mõtlesin teiega jagada ühte oma lemmik hommikusööki üldse. Need proteiinipannkoogid Fast Protein Pancake Mix'iga on parimad asjad ever!
Retsept on lihtsamast lihtsam. Kasutan nende jaoks vaid Protein Pancake Mix'i, banaani, muna, piima, praadimiseks alati kookosõli ning peale laon marju või siis again, banaani:)

Alustan alati banaani katki tegemisega, olenevalt tujust lisan kas pool või terve banaani (kasutan mix'i ka toffee/banaani maitsega) ning peale seda lisan juurde muna. Siis segan kokku, lisan piima ja siis umbes 50g Fast ''pannkoogijahu''.
Peale seda lasen taignal u 5-10 minutit seista. Kui kooke küpsetama hakkad, pead jälgima, et nad sul ära ei kõrbeks. Sellepärast teen alati nii, et kuumendan panni maksimaalse (12) kuumuseni ning panen taigna peale. Siis keeran kohe tagasi madalaks (3-5) ning küpsetan sellel kuumusel.

Kui oled valmis jõudnud, siis võid peale laduda ükstapuha mida! Mu lemmikkombo on mustsõstrad-banaan-maasikad (seda kooslust armastan ka pudrul) + kohv ja I'm ready to go!
